HR - Talent Acquisition Lead
About the Role
FuriosaAI is searching for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to architect, build, and scale our global talent acquisition function. Partnering directly with the leadership team, the role will aggressively drive business growth into hiring strategies and initiatives to engage with world class talents across competitive markets. The role is responsible for acting as both advisory and executor for FuriosaAI’s global organization, in addition to championing FuriosaAI’s global employer brand to be one of the world’s top destinations for top-tier talents and innovators.
Responsibilities
- Global TA Strategy & Leadership: Architect and own FuriosaAI’s global talent acquisition roadmap. Partner directly with the leadership team to translate aggressive business growth plans into actionable, data-driven hiring strategies.
- Proactive Market Intelligence & Pipelining: Execute aggressive, forward-looking talent mapping. Continuously build and nurture a "warm bench" of World-Class candidates for critical roles—engaging top-tier talent long before immediate hiring demands arise.
- Operational Excellence & Team Scaling: Develop, lead, and mentor a high-performing TA team. Establish frictionless, data-informed hiring frameworks that optimize sourcing, elevate the candidate experience, and drive hiring velocity without sacrificing quality.
- Advisory & Execution: Act as a strategic talent consultant to hiring managers. Coach them on best-in-class recruiting practices, rigorous interviewing techniques, and competitive closing strategies to secure top talent.
- Employer Branding: Champion and amplify FuriosaAI’s global employer brand, positioning the company as a premier destination for top-tier tech talent and innovators in the market.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of diverse HR experience (e.g., TA, HRBP, HR Strategy, or Operations), including 5+ years dedicated to Talent Acquisition in a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven people management experience, with a track record of building, leading, and mentoring high-performing TA or HR teams.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling global recruiting operations from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing, aggressive market pipelining, and closing exceptional talent (including executive-level leadership) within highly competitive technical markets.
- Strong hands-on, data-informed mindset; able to leverage metrics and insights to optimize recruiting performance and drive decision-making in a high-touch environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted consultant and guide for business and engineering leaders.
- Experience driving targeted employer branding initiatives.
- Business-level proficiency in English, coupled with strong technical acumen to understand complex engineering requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience hiring within the semiconductor, AI, deep-tech, or big tech industries.
- Native or near-native fluency in English, accompanied by deep, practical experience navigating international talent markets and global hiring landscapes (e.g., US, EU, APAC).
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (ideally Ashby) and a knack for building lightweight, scalable recruiting workflows
