Job Summary

FuriosaAI believes one of the most important ways to win in the accelerated computing industry is by developing a deep and meaningful engagement with developers. We are looking for a developer advocate who is passionate about working with cutting-edge technology, building well-documented educational content and inspirational demos for developers, and becoming the voice for our communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Developer high-quality content like blog posts, tutorials, and workshops for FuriosaAI and AI/ML developers who are not using our products yet.

• Community Engagement: Engage with AI developers on social media and forums, providing support, and gathering feedback.

• Events and Conferences: Represent FuriosaAI at industry events, delivering presentations and networking with developers.

• Product Advocacy: Collaborate with product, marketing, business development, sales teams to communicate community needs and advocate for product improvements.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with leading voices in the AI community, as well as other partners, academic institutions, and industry leaders.

• Developer Onboarding: Partner with product and engineering teams to create and update onboarding materials and tutorials.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 - 10+ years of academic and industry experience in ML/AI

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical topics

• Python/C++ programming skills and experience using popular ML tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, TensorRT, Triton, ONNX

• Familiarity with AI hardware and/or compute and data infrastructure

• Strong ability to understand and empathize with developer needs and challenges

• Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences and experienced in presenting at AI conferences or similar events

• Experience in growing and/or leading popular AI communities

• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively across different teams

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems related to AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Advanced degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in a developer advocacy, developer relations, or similar role within the AI field is preferred.
• Experience building demo applications that combine popular community tools and models such as HuggingFace, Llama, and ChatGPT.
• Experience in debugging, profiling, and optimizing applications, particularly for AI hardware.

Location

• Bay Area is preferred
  

• This role will require travels to the Seoul HQ office and also to customers’ sites.
