Hardware - Signal/Power Integrity Engineer

Responsibilities
- Identify Signal and Power Integrity (SI/PI) requirements from IP specifications.
- Perform SI/PI simulations in electromagnetic (EM), circuit, and system levels.
- Provide SI/PI design solutions to board stackup, interconnect layout, device options, VRM, power distribution, and decap placement.
- Collaborate with external SI/PI service providers.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of experience in high-speed package and PCB design fields
- or MS in Electrical Engineering in high-speed signal field
- Experience in SI/PI, and EM simulations using commercial tools.
- Familiarity with lab equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and VNA.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with DDR3/4 or LPDDR5, PCIe 4/5 or SATA.
- Familiarity with High Density Interconnect (HDI) PCB and Flip-Chip (FC) BGA package substrate technologies.
