- As FuriosaAI’s first Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our marketing efforts, crafting and executing strategies to elevate our brand on a global scale. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader who thrives in startup environments, balancing high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- You’ll be able to build from the ground up, creating cohesive marketing campaign programs that resonate across geographies. Working closely with product, sales, and engineering teams, you’ll ensure that our brand, messaging, and campaigns reflect the innovation driving our AI chip solutions.
Key Responsibilities
<Global Marketing Program Strategy>
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that supports corporate goals across brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Adapt global marketing strategies to resonate with regional audiences in diverse cultural and linguistic markets.
Establish foundational marketing frameworks, processes, and performance metrics for a high-growth company.
<Campaign Management>
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, events, PR, and social media, to drive demand and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical features into compelling customer benefits and market-facing messaging.
<Content Production & Quality Management>
Lead the creation of marketing materials, ensuring that content is tailored for global audiences in multiple languages.
Partner with regional teams to develop localized campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
<Team Support & Vendor Management>
Help scale the marketing team by identifying talent needs, and supporting the hiring and onboarding of new team members as the company grows.
Manage vendor relationships, agencies, and freelancers to augment marketing execution capacity.
Oversee the production of high-quality content such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and videos.
<Program Optimization & Growth>
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing programs using key metrics and analytics tools.
Identify opportunities for optimization and iterate campaigns based on data insights.
Minimum Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing program management, or related roles.
Proven experience building and executing global marketing strategies, preferably in B2B tech, AI, or hardware sectors.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills and cultural fluency to work effectively across diverse geographies and languages.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the semiconductor, AI hardware, or advanced computing industries.
Knowledge of localization best practices and experience with regional campaigns.
Familiarity with emerging AI and machine learning trends.
Korean-English bilingual proficiency is a plus
Location
Seoul or Bay Area preferred
This role will require travels to the Seoul HQ office and also to customers’ sites.
