  • FuriosaAI is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our HR function and cultivate a thriving workplace culture.
  • This role is central to our success, focusing on the well-being and growth of all our employees.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support our business objectives and foster a positive, high-performing environment across our entire global organization.

Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Operations - Develop and execute a company-wide HR strategy that enhances organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership - Lead and develop the HR team (Recruiting, Global HR, Operations) to deliver exceptional support to all employees.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management - Oversee all aspects of the employee experience, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, career development, and offboarding.

  • Culture & Engagement - Champion and nurture FuriosaAI’s culture and values. Design and implement initiatives that boost employee engagement, morale, and retention.

  • Organizational Scaling - Build and refine scalable HR policies, systems, and processes to effectively support our growing organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.

  • Proven experience in a high-growth, global technology company (ideally AI, Semiconductor, or R&D-focused).

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support overall organizational health.

  • Broad expertise across all HR domains, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.

  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on employee experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling an organization through significant headcount growth (e.g., 100 to 500+).

  • Hands-on experience with setting up or managing international HR policies and operations.

  • Deep understanding of engineering-centric cultures.

  • Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English.
