About the job
- We are seeking a Senior IR Manager to help shape our company’s voice in the capital markets and public sphere. This role will be central in building and communicating our story to global investors, analysts, and media as we scale into the next stage of growth.
- This is a new position, and we are looking to hire as soon as possible. This role will be based in Seoul, South Korea.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investor relations strategies that effectively communicate the company’s vision, technology, financial performance, and long-term growth story.
- Craft clear, compelling narratives for external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and media, across a variety of formats (presentations, press releases, Q&As, and reports).
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership in preparing for investor meetings, conferences, and media engagements.
- Manage relationships with institutional investors, partners, analysts, and journalists, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, communications, and legal teams to align messaging and manage high-stakes external communications.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate development, or related functions, ideally in tech or capital-intensive industries.
- Strong financial storytelling skills - able to translate complex business models into accessible and impactful messages.
- Proven experience managing external relationships in high-pressure or fast-growth environments.
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken); capable of engaging seamlessly with both global and local stakeholders.
- Passion for AI and eagerness to play a key role in shaping how AI transforms our lives for the better.
