We solve the AI hardware energy and operational cost crisis at the architectural level, rather than through brute force, building the world's first truly AI-native compute platform to unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence&nbsp; for every enterprise.</p></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We are looking for a technical program manager to drive the development of our rack-scale AI computing systems from prototype through mass production, working directly with CM/ODM partners and system vendors.</p> <p>This role owns the execution path between our internal design teams and the external partners who build the system. It is a hands-on engineering program role, not a coordination role: you will be expected to judge build issues technically and to decide what blocks a gate and what does not.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the EVT/DVT/PVT build plan and drive its execution with CM/ODM partners</li> <li>Triage build issues, drive root-cause analysis with internal design teams, and manage engineering change orders</li> <li>Manage rack-level BOM and configuration control across compute, networking, power, and cooling subsystems</li> <li>Define and run quality gates for partner deliverables; own readiness criteria for each build phase</li> <li>Serve as the single interface between internal design teams and external manufacturing partners</li> <li>Track schedule, cost, and risk across the program and escalate with a recommended decision</li> <li>Drive production transfer and early production issue resolution</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in NPI or CM/ODM program management for servers, networking equipment, or comparable complex hardware</li> <li>Engineering background sufficient to assess hardware build issues technically</li> <li>Proven experience taking a hardware product from prototype through volume production</li> <li>Experience managing overseas manufacturing partners, including travel</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with AI servers or rack-scale system programs</li> <li>Experience with liquid-cooled system builds</li> <li>Experience with OCP-based platforms</li> <li>Familiarity with high-speed interconnect and high-power system bring-up issues</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2>Why Join FuriosaAI</h2> <p>The defining bottleneck of the AI era is building the right hardware and software stack to run it at global scale.
