About the job
- We are seeking an Investor Relations (IR) Manager to help drive our engagement with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders as we scale into our next phase of growth — including a potential IPO. This role will sit at the intersection of investor relations, financial strategy, and corporate development, supporting high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s capital markets presence.
- This is a new position, and we are looking to hire as soon as possible. The role will be based in Seoul, South Korea.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of investor relations strategies that communicate the company’s story to global investors and analysts.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality investor materials, including presentations, earnings documents, and financial analyses.
- Conduct market, peer, and valuation research to inform messaging and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with finance, communications, and leadership teams on capital markets and corporate development initiatives.
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and consistency.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, corporate development, or other relevant roles.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, with proficiency in valuation, modeling, and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex business concepts into clear investor narratives.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and global environments.
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English, with a passion for AI and the future of intelligent computing.
